Rude lady at Reception

I received an sms advising me that Old Mutual could not contact me via email, please send us your correct email address. I have been using the email address all the time. So I called your office at 1st Floor, Nicol Grove Office Park, Leslie Avenue East, Johannesburg, 2191 and spoke to lady by the name of Lerato, who first of all interrupted me all the ime and when I advised can I explain, she says go ahead, so I explained to her that she is very rude on the phone, and I am going to reports this, she says go ahead you are most welcome to report me. I have plenty calls to answer. Now this is not the way to treat loyal cleints who have been with you for the past 20 years.
