Rude Customer service agent & unreliable information

I have been trying to get solution on policy that was messed by old Mutual & customer service agent keep on dropping calls and transfer me to different departments Good day

Kindly note we your premiums revered when the premium increased.

We tried to collect from the Capitec account but it reversed due to no funds.

Please speak to your payroll department because they deducted the wrong premium amount.

We are unable to process the revival, as we did not receive 6 premiums after the first revival was processed.

Please note we cover revived the benefits on the 12/10/2021, the client missed the November premium, due to no funds available, we attempted a double deduction in December 2021, however the premiums reversed due to no funds.
