Rude customer service agent

<p>I logged a formal complaint in July with old mutual. To date the query hasn't been resolved. The customer service agent that is dealing with case is dragging her feet, I have to follow-up with her before I get a response. She never gives a true reflection regarding the query, she just respond for the sake of responding. Her attitude is appalling. I need one of the senior people in old mutual to take over the case, as am now tired of dealing with her. I need the matter to be resolved as soon as possible. Am tired of following-up with her and the unverifiable answers that I get from her. My current reference number is --OCM ********** 2-- (reference)</p>
