Rude Customer Care Consultant

<p>I just called Old Mutual's Cape Town head office and I was put through to a very rude Abdulla Abraham. The guy speaks over me as I am trying to explain my query to him, I could hardly complete a sentence without him barging in, not only that but he started raising his voice at me and that's where I drew the line.</p> <p> </p> <p>How can someone who works in customer service but cannot even speak to clients with respect? For someone who has been with Old Mutual for over 5 years I didnt appreciate being treated like that.</p>
