rude consultants and incorrect/no service provided

I working as a Assistant Legal Secretary at an Attorney's firm, administrating the Late estate. I have been calling old mutual since friday and today.

Friday the whole day I was on the phone with all the departments within old mutual trying to trace where the funds they transfered to one of our estate late account comes from as the deceased had no old mutual policies/accounts, till today no one can help me or direct me to the appropriate department as all the departments work in solo.

On the other deceased estate they sent me an email correspondence that the decease has no account and yet the decease has, called to then to enquire all I got was rude and unhelpful consultants, still I am not assisted but I am told that the deceased has some money transfer account
