Rude consultant

I called old mutual and I was holding for more than 30 minutes. Finally a lady by the name of Robin Schoor answered. I told her that I made a double payment on my policy end of January 2021 cause I was owing the subscription for December 2020. Old mutual debited end of January. Meaning the policy is in advance. She was rude and told me I don't want to listen she will ask someone to call me.
