Rude call Centre agent

I received a sales cal this morning from someone called Alinah. She said she wanted to offer me a free quote for cover for me and my family. When I said quotes are free anyway she said I was being sarcastic. I went on to say but that's a fact quotes are free and why she would say I'm being sarcastic. I've never heard a call Centre agent call a possible client out of term and worlnder how many people she calls and threatens or is rude to and Old Mutual looks the other way. This is the type of people they have then Im not interested in anything they selling. This girl still went on to say to me after I asked where they got my number from and that I don't Remeber authorizing them or anyone to call me for any salesol or new products as per POPIA act I have to authorise them to call me, she said it's just a cell phone number nothing to do with the popia act yet she had my name and surname so she obviously had more info on me. Old mutual needs to be reported as they have failed to act according to the act and respect my information.
