Rude call center agent who calls herself MARCIE

Old Mutual, please cancel the policy I have with you. Tired of dealing with Rude call center agents from your employ. You hunt us down in shopping malls to invest with you but you have *********** customer service agents. I just called to have my debit order details changed and was treated bad by an agent who said her name is Marcie. Really rude woman. I have sent a complaint to your email addresses too but would be really happy if I can stop association with you. Please cancel my policy. I have supp**** my contact detail here too.
