Rude an not helpful Larry

I was having trouble with the old mutual app for my mom. I called and spoke to Larry Thompson who didn't even want to access the account to assist me. Then eventually he had to as he realized I was really having trouble. He was not helpful in anyway, I just got a lot of lip from him as it seems he is more important than the person who has an account with them. I highly recommend you stay away from old mutual. They intentionally don't want to help with the most simplest things.
