Rude agents
Requested a call on Tuesday to take out funeral cover, never received a call the entire week, today a sales agent calls me and says she is phoning for the funeral cover, I then tell her I already have cover, this agent has a nerve to ask me oh why did you request a call back if you already have cover. This is extremely rude I’m so thankful I didn’t take cover with Old Mutual if this is the customer serve we get. Absolutely disgusting
