Service is disappointing, I have been calling for the past hour first agent said she doesn't have skills with the type of product I have and that I should call *** for the past hour been holding in the line been dropped three times and that's my time being wasted yet they say we know your time is important. I just want to change the beneficiary on my account but yerrrrr the service am getting I will be changing providers these people Dont care about the customer service they provide.
