I used the better part of 40 minutes, being two calls awaiting assistance from the call entre agents. What a joke, "agent"! After twenty five minutes, I was cut off the moment there was an indication I have finally gotten through to somebody. I then tried again and after 15 minutes, the same thing happened. Will always advise clients against dealing or transacting with this company and if you have investments, you ought to get better elsewhere. I even mentioned this in a message to their complaints department. Good luck with that.
