Robot terrible service beware of *****!!!!! Will never cancel your policy

I have recently found out that I have had a active policy under old mutual running for a whole year even after I have tried to cancel this policy. The “financial advisor” decided not to fully cancel and I had to find out via a statement sent to me for 2022. I also do not want this so called financial advisor dealing with my policy any further which I have communicated but nooooo response! I express my complaint numerous times but still being given the pass the parcel service.I have requested to my policy fully but instead had it running for a full year under my name without my knowledge! This is ***** and I have now reported it to the ombudsman as I have dealt with numerous useless members giving me the run around. I have sent the their filled out form my I’d number to process this cancellation at least five different people having to re explain my details of the policy and constantly forward the cancellation form with my I’d even a bank verification was sent.

This service has been appalling and I will not recommend this to my worst enemy!!!! If could rate it zero I would for the zero amount of service I have received so far!

Useless robot **** service still no progress has happened it absolutely ridiculous. Warning Stay away if you know what Is good for you as you will never be able to get rid of old mutual!
