Robed on my cash back
Good day
I took policy with Old Mutual years back (not sure when) but this year 2023 I am suppose to get cash back. I pay R301.50 premium on my policy and to my surprise when cash back is deposited in my account I get R200.00, am not sure how they got to R200 after 5 years paying premiums. I am truly not happy about this, I feel robed.
