****** of matured retirement funds

I had a retirement fund with Old Mutual. On claiming I was ****** of an amount R80 000.00.Several enquiry trips to Old Mutual Landros Mare Polokwane were fruitless. I was told to go and ask SARS where my money is. I was a loyal client. One advisor had a sure amount from my investment monthly. Now I'm alone. She is quite because she has reaped. Is it how customers are treated. I never thought I would get such treatment from a big financial company like OLD MUTUAL!!
