*********** with extra months of loan repayment.

I had a loan with old Mutual and requested payment holiday due to Covid-19 and they declined my request and they opted for me to pay half and I did pay half for 4 months. When I receive my statement I have reliased that I have 6 months extra for my loan and I was supposed to get extra 2 months of full installment to cover the 4 months of my half. I emailed them and the gentlemen who called me told me to go to branch to explain to me on why did I get extra 6 months to pay if I was given opportunity to pay half for 4 months. They refused to give me back my money for 4 months of half payment and extend my loan with fair 4 months. This is *********** of poor people who were dynied being helped. Someone please help me.
