I took a consolidation loan at Old mutual in December 2017. The interest rate was 17.75 but I am paying R4361. 14 for 60 months. That makes an interest rate of 24%.I have sent mails making queries regarding this and they dismissed me with contract that has a payment term that was incorrectly captured by their employee. I requested to listen to the recording in November, even now they are still stalling.
