Ripped

My name is Magaret Mdiya in March 2015 i borrowed money from Old Mutual which was R 5000 in agreement that they will deduct R395 a month . In March 2016 i went to enquire because i was paying more now ,and they told me that in March 2015 i consolidated another amount of R 10.000 which i had no knowledge about ,i told them i did not do such thing and they told they going to investigate and that they are taking the signature to Pretoria to be verified and they are going to review the footage at the bank where the money was withdrawn till today nothing has happened and i have not hear anything from them . Please help me .
