******* of the century....funeral claim rejection

Old mutual funeral claim rejection....policyholder has been active since 01/10/2003 you can imagine how much premiums she paid over the years...she recently fell ill missed some payments...we enquired with old mutual 2 weeks ago how to keep her policies active...they said we must pay R542.61 at post office which we did on the 22nd January 2021....now policyholder passed away on the 25th January 2021....we are claiming on her funeral cover...we just got an sms now informing us that the claim is rejected and theres nothing payable...this is a ******* of the century...your company is horrible, ********* and should never be allowed to do business with people.
