Ridiculousness at it's best

<p>If I could add no star I would. </p> <p>I had a personal loan with Old Mutual which I could not pay after losing my job due to ill-health. I then made contact with Old Mutual/MCS Collection when I had a bit of cash to pay it off and asked for a discount which was granted. I was offered the discount, I then settled the debt and received a paid-up letter from Old Mutual and confirmation from their legal recoveries department that the balance was R0.00. I sent the paid-up letter to all credit bureaus. Transunion, Experian, and Compuscan confirmed the ITC clearance. XDS took almost 2 months to respond to my request to update the Old Mutual information on their side. When they eventually responded, which was yesterday, they sent me an email advising that the Old Mutual loan information remains unchanged on my profile.</p>
