Ridiculous service from old mutual

I have submitted a claim for my late mother 's retirement annuity In January 2021. The claim is still pending. Everytime I call their offices, I stay on the line for hours being transferred from one department to another.

I was told 3 months ago that the claim was finalized, but I'm still waiting for the payment till today.

This is a ridiculous service. I will never recommend anyone to do business with Old mutual their very ***********.
