Ridiculous Outcome on a Loan Application

So I app**** for a loan by Old Mutual. Went through the entire process of giving all my details blah blah. Was contacted 2 to tell my my bank statements are not recent although it clearly shows on the statement the latest date. Had to send the statements twice. Then I was told I need to send a transaction statement showing my account activity up to date which I advised that there were no transactions on my account in January but they insisted, so I sent the statement as requested, delaying the process again. Then I was told the company I work for is not listed on their system. And I provided the details and they confirmed employment with my company, and the company has been active for over 10 years so its not a mickey mouse company that will fold anytime soon, although the company is small. So after all the sending of my personal documents and statements and verifying my employment etc, Old mutual called me and said they cannot assist me because they cannot verify that the people working for my company are good payers as no one from my company has ever app**** for a loan or anything by Old Mutual. This is the first time I have heard of this bull****. So my ITC record is fine, I am not under debt review and ******* like that and I am a good payer and other Financial Service providers don't mind giving me loans example Absa, so what is Old Mutuals story. They have been in the business for many years, and now they have insulted the company I work for and myself. I am sure the owner of the business I work for will never deal with Old Mutual after an insult like that, as his company is well established. Old Mutual is a joke and I will never attempt to do business with them again and I will not advise anyone to use their services as they insult companies and individuals. I would rather go somewhere else and be treated fairly. Never in my life have I been insulted like this by any Financial Service provider. What a joke. You can stick your loans. Lets see how many people agree with me and do business elsewhere. Old Mutual better destroy my personal documents that has been sent. If I receive any marketing ******* because my personal info has been shared, I will contact the Ombudsman and lay a complaint of personal data breach. Places like Old Mutual is quick to decline loan but they will quickly share customers personal details to 3rd party companies and telemarketers. Just close the company already and let your employees go work at other financial institutions as your company wastes peoples time.
