Rewards system a nightmare

Old Mutual reward system is the worst, after getting my card I was told I need to go to Checkers to make a deposit after that you need to make a transfer and wait 72 hrs. So it doesn't help if you want to use your cash rewards immediately. This is ridiculous why do you offer rewards if people must still suffer before getting them
