Rewards **** by Old Mutual

Bukho Dem, Call Centre Agent at Old Mutual Rewards agreed to load 500 points on my rewards profile on 30-Nov-18, after numerous discussions and confirmation on e-mail that the points would be loaded. To date the points have not been loaded and Bukho is playing ********. I'm not sure if this is due Bukho's ignorance or perhaps a tactic by Old Mutual to not honour clients for rewards due to them.
