Rewards ******* program

I am disappointed in old mutual.

I joined the rewards program couple of months ago ,used to do the surveys and as*****ts .Then finally saw I can refer people to earn more rewards .

I eventually went on to Facebook and recruited a few people . Now im told that my rewards account is blocked and won't be unblocked,due to section13 nonsense .

I was not even informed of doing anything I wasn't supposed to do . I tried logging in and boom 'not able to login' .

I worked to hard getting people to join, cause most people dont like old mutual due to many reasons .

Now I see there reasons are because they use people for there gain!

I've also had issues with my salary withdrawal for 2 months and think im going to back of old mutual now. Because I dont need to be treated this way.

This bank has a zero service satisfaction!

If I'm not assisted in the correct way,I will inform my family and friends of this bank and its ways !
