Revolting service from old mutual

Worst service ever, I did a disinvestment on my Retirement Annuity on the 7th of November 2023 at the Pretoria North client service Centre was told I would take 14 to 21 days to be finalised on the 21st of November was told the money has been paid out, when I call they say they waiting for tax directive called on the 29th they told me that my application was lost at back office imagine one of the biggest well trusted financial institutions saying they lost a clients application. On the 7th of December I called was told my money should be in my account by the 11th of December till today nothing has reflected, they will promise to call but they will never call they won't even sent communication. I would not recommend old mutual to anyone, as my mom has also received the worst service from them.
