Reviving the Ghost

I have an RA. Not big or worth a whole lot, I have survived massive ********** ******** business terrorism. The little I have left I need to protect. Periodically, I receive communications from a mysterious person at Old Mutual to which is attached details of my RA and a statement that this mystery person has promised to stay in touch with me and meet me with me regularly. I have tried to find out who this ghost is for the past few years, but to no avail. I am beginning to feel as if Old Mutual view me as a roll of 2 ply toilet paper. I need to find out hat hapened to my internet access to my portfolio - NOT the wealth portfolio, the original one. If you have deleted it, restore it. It is MY information and history. Once you have done this please let me know how I can log in. Then Old Mutual ghost can go back into his hole in the ether.
