Revival not informed

Good day

I am very unhappy that my policy was canceled and that I can not revive it. Prev I have revived it and due to things happening I had to again in December, I have sent 3 follow up emails to ask if the revival was successful and asked when the new pre will go off, no one answered my emails till I got a cancelation as it did not go off. I have to pay funds into a account for it to go off and no one informed that it was revived and what the new amount is. I really want to reinstate this policy so can someone please help me. I can forward the emails I have sent to ask if it was approved and when the debt order will go off.
