Reversals and cancellations

I am an unhappy customer, I have almost everything with Old Mutual but they failing to do something simple!!!! I have couple of debit orders coming from my bank account, I arranged the debit orders to debit straight from my payslip, I don’t know what that guy did but the debit orders are coming from my payslip and my bank account, I went to phoenix plaza last month to try and clarify that and get my refund, I received an sms after 10 days dat the debit order was cancelled, but no refunds were done, November same thing, they debited on my payslip and my bank , this month again, I can’t be going back to the branch and query one and the same thing, that can’t even be resolved!!! Im very busy to be going to the offices for something they should’ve done it right the same time. Worse they ask for bank statements and payslips but the information is right in front of them in their computer!!!! Nxa
