Reversal

I have cancelled policy with old mutual in early February then it's done then to my surprise old mutual debited on my account in April I tried to reverse but I couldn't reverse then went to old mutual branch then they told me that the money won't be reversed because it's not cancelled they will cancel it again they will need my bank statement which I did I left the branch, In May again old mutual debited again I went to they they told me about bank statement I don't see why must I bring statement everytime I'm going there even with my bank I can't reverse old mutual has blocked Fnb to do the reversal. So please old mutual can you please reverse my money back into my account and
