Return my money please

I have a smoothed bonus investment with Old Mutual. On the 3rd March R12557 was deducted from my investment. I wrote to OM and queried this. At first I was told that they were entitled to take this money out of my account. I again wrote and complained and OM then admitted they had made a mistake and would return the money to my account. Despite several follow ups I don't see the money in my account. I would like to get a printout of my investment that covers the whole of 2015 so I can see what is the situation now. As I am traveling in Australia please reply on my email that you have on record.
