Retrenchment withdrawel of Provident fund

I filled in every paper, i undestood there was still a payment the last month....when I phoned Old Mutual just after Christmas...they said they waiting for my payroll exit...I phoned the company...they said they did send it that morning....I gave it a week...just after new year....phoned Old Mutual. ..the lady said they received it...it take 48hours to attach the document..I phoned again after a week...now a guy Kevin told me everything is attached....he is asking for a evalation....and it will be quick now....I phone this morning and Ilse/Elsa...couldn't hear her name clear....said they received the payroll exit on 20th...and need to attached it!!! Now what is goiing on???? Then every thing is fine...and when you phone again...they is busy to attached! I need my money like yesterday....the first lady told me with retrenchment it is much quicker....so what is going on????
