Retrenchment claim.

I had asked for the retrenchment claim from Better sure and was then advised that the OMART the re insure has declined it on reasons that I then got a contract job close to the last day of their deffered period. And I am honestly not happy with that decision as they took the entire month assessing it and now this. I would appreciate if someone from OMART Old Mutual an please relook at my case as I am still unemployed as it does not make sense to me at all.
