Retirement policy claim

Dishonesty by Old Mutual for retirement policy. My uncle passed away in 2021. I was the the beneficiary,but to date Old Mutual is not honoring their agreement with the deceased. They are telling me that they payed the money to a person not mentioned on the beneficiary form. So please don't do business with this company they are dishonest and I personally will never ever have a policy from them or even one that is underwriten by them.They claim there's money that was paid to my account November last year and I have never received the money,sent proof and all their consultants said I will get a message or call when the investigation is done to see what happened to the money till today nothing
