Retirement Polices

What a was of a good company, had our retirement fund with them and a few other policies which will be moved as soon as possible.

we have app**** to get our pension fund out and it been one story after another, first a system failure then they delay, then we have to follow up then we get an sms payments have been made and funds will be available on a day and guess what now we get an sms stating that the day the funds are going to be available that only payment s has been made....... Really what a waste and I will never do business with these people again and I will never refer anyone to them as well. The best is the people you phone can't even do anything about the issues..
