Retirement plan not paid since October

My late husband had retirement plans at old mutual, I claimed in October up until today we have not received the money. What their consultants do is to tell me about how much time the retiment claim take. When I complain on Old mutual page in Facebook they sent an email addressing to my late husband to call their call center knowing very well that those call center numbers you hold till you run out of airtime. I just need my kids money as they are hungry while Old mutual is keeping their money . Worse part is I even have an infant and I did inform them on their form that I am unemployed. Please old mutual give me and my kids what belong to us. I would never recommend anyone to invest with you in anyway cause of the experience I have with you.
