Retirement plan

3 yrs back I cancelled my retirement policies when I claimed they told me I will get my savings when I go for pension , Nomsa called me on Thursday and said I go to the nearest branch and claim I went on there on Friday to claim they told me again I cant claim if my policies it's exceeds 15000 .I went there today and was told the same story .They've opened a card for me and unfortunately I'm unable to claim the money so what am I supposed to do with their card.
