Retirement payout stalling

At this stage it seems I'm the one doing the running around to make sure I get paid, doing a job someone else is getting paid for. With this lousy service I won't be surprised to go into the 3rd month without my payout...the sad thing is u just have to wait. Super frustrated at this point.
