Retirement funds application delay

I Joshua Mapumulo would like to write a complaint to Old Mutual regarding my retirement fund I was retrench ed from work I use to work at Sibaya casino I was rentrenched in September and was told my application for my funds are beginning processed it been months now and what we where being promised hasn't been delivered to us and it quite concerning because I m a breadwinner in my family and it has been really hard to put food on table for my family in these few past months I m hoping that further intervention would be taken into consideration.....
