I would like to thank Larvene Lodewyk from Old Mutual for helping me out with my complaint after I had been treated badly by the Old Mutual staff in Alberton, you really worked hard by making sure my matter is resolved, please continue helping others. In future I suggest the staff from the Alberton branch should be trained well and they should make sure they understand what they are doing so that they do not mislead clients. The training has to start with the regional manager and branch manager and then carried out to staff so that we all get better service.
