Retirement Fund Not Paid after 6 Months

Around 6 months ago I resigned from a position at a financial institution is SA to move abroad. Upon my resignation I requested Old Mutual to have my retirement funds paid into my SA current account. At the start I was advise that it would take around 3 months for the payment to be made. While still in SA preparing to move to Ireland, I receive a call from a financial advisor from Old Mutual who explained the various option I had available with regards to my pensions monies, and at that time I again request for my monies to be paid to my current account. Now 6 months later, and after two additional calls and requests to the old mutual contact centre, I'm advised again that no payment instruction has been received. Old Mutual this is absolutely pathetic service. You are costing me a huge amount of money everyday this is delayed as a result of exchange rate fluctuations. I want my pension paid into my current account, now !!
