Retirement Fund is a ****
I was employed at Old Mutual from August 2024 until November 2024. Despite leaving the company over six months ago, I have yet to receive my retirement fund payout. I’ve made numerous attempts to resolve this — including visiting a branch in person and calling the SuperFund call centre multiple times — but no one has been able to assist me.
Worse still, my profile shows no record of any funds at all. This lack of support and transparency has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially from a financial institution that should be known for managing retirement savings with care and professionalism.
I’m still awaiting a proper resolution and would not recommend Old Mutual based on this experience.
