Retirement Fund contribution

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement, as an ex-OM Employee I didn't think I would have to come write a review about the pension contributions. I resigned at OM Aug 2022 and didn't cash my pension contributions, selected the preserve option. I am owing SARS cause Lord knows who created an IRP5 and submitted to SARS as if I got a payout. I have spoken to 3 agents in the superfund department who have not been able to help AISHA SMITH, FAIZA LAKAY last lady's name I cannot recall as her line was terrible. I have emailed countless times with no response, I guess to them this is not a URGENT matter since they fine with their tax returns. I need someone to explain to me under whose instruction or authority was that IRP5 created and why, I'm already paying hefty tax and on top of that now I need to deal with this nonsense.
