Retirement Fund

Good Afternoon

I have a retirement policy with Old Mutual of which I know it will only be available when I am 55 years.

I have sent e-mails to them requesting that I get part of the money or the whole amount before I am 55.

The reason being, I am unemployed and need the money so that I can start up something for myself even if selling vegitables.

During this trying time I am owing rent for 4 months now. I depend from my relatves for food. My funeral policies have lapsed...

During lockdown I have gone, called and sent emails to Old Mutual, its as uf tgey don't even read my emails and they keep giving this automatic response of theirs.

All I want to know is what procedure I should follow for the money to be released. I really need help.
