retirement claim

Old Mutual is taking me from pillar to post. I want to claim my personal retirement of I have a confirmation of the total amount. I have the quotation of my pension but no assistance on how to claim my money. I have been sending emails since October 2020 and the response I got is that payment was made. And that payment was for the company's pension. And here I want my personal retirement.
