Retirement annuity refund

I have challenge regarding my retirement annuity that cannot seem to be paid back to me and it is full paid and no longer deducting. I had initially opened retirement annuity and thereafter closed it and opened and new one that is currently running I think as of 2021/2022. My query or challenge is that I cannot be paid out my old retirement annuity fund which amounts to plus minus R 6000 because when I want to withdraw amount it is stating that it is more than 15000 which in turn they are including the money of the current running retirement annuity, I have tried twice to draw that money more recently a month back. My request is to withdraw the money of the closed account and continue with running retirement annuity
