Retirement annuity payout

I took a retirement annuity with Old mutual when i retired in 2010 so many things happened and i was advised I would get the rest of the retirement after 10yrs that is March 2020.

I called the offices numerous time until I was advised to visit the branch, i went in they logged a payout and they gave me a paper confirming payout will be after 15 working day that was on the 09/06/2020.. 21st July 2020 came i tried calling the number on the paper with no success, wrote on one of Old mutual pages only to be advised they are working from home and and and.

After 2hrs of trying I finally got to someone and she advised that payout cannot be done because the amount is more than R50000.

My argument with them is the money will not get to less than R50000 as it is accumulating interest, 2 no one advised me about the brackets when i took this retirement and am not expecting anyone to come and specticulate for me now.

She advised she will log in a query with the investigation and they will call me back within 2 business days this was on the 16th July 2020,i told her am not going to wait any longer as i have waited 15days already now that am following up am being told stories.

This company is the worst to deal with in all their department
