RETIREMENT ANNUITY PAYOUT

My name is Taswalt Beneke.<br> <br> I cancelled my contract policies with OLD MUTUAL & i am having problems not only receiving my payout but also the call centre are all giving me different stories with regards to my policy.<br> <br> Was suppose to receive my payout in the week but now they telleing me that SARS first needs to collect their tax deductions before they can process my claim.<br> <br> Was this not suppose to be done already. They have received all documentation & tax directive from SARS but now this morning they singing a different tune.<br> <br> Not at all happy.
