Retirement Annuity for Deceased
Dear Old Mutual, it has been a year and 2 months since my mother passed away and you still have not paid out her retirement annuity, I submitted forms 2 weeks after her passing and untill now you have not paid any cent to me and my siblings. I have been calling and following up but you still not helping. A guy by the name of Sean(very helpful) called me last week and closed off the claim from his side, but untill today the claim has not been allocated to anyone in business Admin for allocations. I have been escalating this claim for a week now but still nothing. PLEASE PAY OUY MOM'S MONEY!!!!!!
