Retirement Annuity Deduction

I don’t understand why old mutual is deducting money from my bank for the Retirement Annuity before the agreed date which is the 25 of every month. I did visit the offices a while to ask them to please make they only deduct on the 25 of every month. Problem whenever I only have money to sustain me for until the payday 25 old mutual just deduct my money which is frustrating.
